The S.J.M.E. society is a non-profit and non proprietary educational body, with its contribution to excellence in school education, acknowledges the teachers role to be the most vital  inmaking education more meaningful and a joyful experience. Thus the society established this Institute of Education, offering a full time regular B.Ed.Courseof one-year duration in Marathi medium in co-educational style, with the affiliation of Pune University and recognized by the NCTE as well as a full time D.Ed Course of two & half year duration in Marathi medium.
